Ligris Meets SOC 2 Security Standards Set by the AICPA with Zero Exceptions

Boston, MA, July 28, 2021 – Ligris + Associates PC announces that it has successfully completed a System and Organization Controls (SOC) 2™ Type II report. The examination, which was conducted by Schneider Downs & Co., Inc., found that Ligris meets the SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria for the Security category set by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) with zero exceptions.

SOC 2 reports are attestation reports that examine controls at a service organization relevant to the security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy of information processed for user entities. SOC 2 reports demonstrate a company’s ability to not only implement critical security policies but also prove compliance of effective control operation, over an extended period of time.
