BOSTON, October 18, 2022 – Ligris + Associates PC, a Boston boutique law firm focused on commercial and residential real estate transactions, announces the addition of attorney Ali M. Manigat to its team.

Manigat focuses his practice on representing individuals, investors and property owners with purchases and sales of residential homes, multi-family, condominiums and commercial buildings. Prior to joining Ligris, he worked at a boutique real estate law firm based in Chelsea, MA. Manigat started his legal career in New York City, where he worked at a large legal service organization and in private practice, where he handled a broad range of real estate and civil litigation matters.

Manigat regularly presents at first-time homebuyer seminars for several community organizations throughout the Greater Boston area. He received a J.D. from Fordham Law School and earned a B.A. from Columbia University.
