BOSTON, November 6, 2023 – Ligris + Associates PC, a Boston boutique law firm specializing in commercial and residential real estate transactions, announces that Jo-Ann M. Marzullo has been named a 2023 “Go To Commercial Real Estate Lawyer” by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.

The “Go To Lawyer” award recognizes top-tier commercial real estate lawyers for their expertise and experience in the field, their consistent success and for their role as an advisor to both clients and colleagues. With over 35 years of experience, Marzullo focuses her practice on the complexity of commercial real estate matters and represents parties in retail, construction, healthcare and corporations across the country. Marzullo supports her clients by managing a wide variety of commercial real estate matters such as buying or selling commercial buildings, leasing retail space, completing construction, dealing with zoning issues and managing real estate development law.

Marzullo is a member of the Abstract Club, a prestigious, invitation-only group of real estate lawyers in Massachusetts. She is a long-time planning committee member for the International Council of Shopping Centers U.S. Law Conference. Marzullo is also a former chair of the Real Property, Trust and Estate Section of the American Bar Association and is currently a member of the Joint Editorial Board for Uniform Real Property Acts.

Marzullo was named a Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly “Top Women of Law” in 2022 and has received the “Who’s Who Legal” award in the real estate category since 2010.
