BOSTON, November 9, 2023 – Ligris + Associates PC, a Boston boutique law firm specializing in commercial and residential real estate transactions, has acquired Liss Law, LLC, a local firm with expertise in real estate and business law. The merger adds two attorneys and one closing director to the Ligris team and expands the firm’s Business Law & Transactions and Trusts & Estates practice groups.

The addition of Liss Law is part of Ligris’ growth strategy. Last month, the firm added Adelson, Loria, & Weisman PC joined Ligris, expanding Ligris’ capabilities in matters involving the purchase, sale, development and leasing of residential, commercial and condominium property throughout Massachusetts.
