Ligris + Associates Leadership Admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court Bar
BOSTON, March 21, 2024 – Ligris + Associates PC, a Boston boutique law firm specializing in commercial and residential real estate transactions, announces that firm founder Konstantinos (Kosta) Ligris and Co-Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer Christos Viores were admitted to the United States Supreme Court (SCOTUS) on March 15, 2024. Both Ligris and Viores were sworn in during an in-court admission ceremony before all nine Court Justices.
Admission to the Supreme Court allows attorneys to practice before the nation’s highest court and conveys other benefits such as attending oral arguments closed to the public. To qualify, applicants must have been admitted to practice in a state’s highest court for at least three years and be in good standing.
“Admission to the U.S. Supreme Court bar is a significant accomplishment for any attorney,” said Ligris, “and I am honored to have marked this career milestone with my friend and colleague, Christos.”
“This was a privilege and an incredibly meaningful experience,” said Viores. “We are proud of this accomplishment which reinforces our firm’s mission to consistently strive for excellence and achieve great things.”
