BOSTON, November 21, 2024 – Ligris + Associates PC, a Boston boutique law firm focused on commercial and residential real estate transactions, has added two new attorneys – Chloe Angel and Georgiana Vasiliki Pagounis – to its growing team.

A 2024 graduate of Suffolk University Law School, Angel will focus her practice on land use, commercial real estate, transactional law, and real estate law. Prior to joining Ligris, Angel held various internships with legal services organizations and law firms in Greater Boston, and worked as a contract specialist for a national food service company.

Pagounis’ practice will focus on all aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions, including representing lenders in closing commercial, asset-based, real estate, and construction loans, as well as business lines of credit. Additionally, she represents individuals and entities in commercial and residential purchases and sales. Prior to joining Ligris, Georgiana worked as a legal assistant at a local law firm, specializing in real estate and estate planning law where she conducted legal research and drafted and prepared various estate planning and real estate documents.
