BOSTON, April 17, 2025 – Ligris + Associates PC, a Boston boutique law firm focused on commercial and residential real estate transactions, has been named one of Boston Business Journal’s 2025 Best Places to Work in the Small Company category. The awards program is an exclusive ranking of Massachusetts companies that have built outstanding work environments for their employees. In 2023 and 2024, Ligris was named a Small Company honoree, and in 2022, the firm won first place in the Extra Small Company category.

The businesses that met criteria for office location and size participated in employee-engagement surveys distributed by Business Journal partner Quantum Workplace. Employees were asked to rate their work environment, work-life balance, job satisfaction, advancement opportunities, management, compensation, and benefits. Based on the results of those surveys, businesses were assigned a score out of 100 percent and ranked by Quantum.

The Boston Business Journal’s 2025 Best Places to Work is Boston’s first and longest-running awards program recognizing great workplaces. The 100 companies honored in 2025 range in size and industry, with winners from the technology sector, retail industry, health care space, commercial real estate and more. The 2025 awards honored 37 companies in the Small Company category, which includes companies with 50-99 Massachusetts employees.

The Best Places to Work celebration will be held in-person on June 12^th at The Westin Copley Place. The special publication will appear in the June 13^th weekly edition of the Boston Business Journal.
