Meet Matt
Matt specializes in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate matters, working with lenders, private individuals, and developers in the financing, leasing, and conveyancing of residential and commercial real estate. Matt takes a collaborative approach to working with clients, as well as their real estate brokers and lenders. He believes in working with the client as a partnership throughout the transaction – discussing not just the potential legal issues, but the property as a whole – all while serving as a counselor to the client and team.
Matt is a native of Wayland, Massachusetts and currently resides in Boston.
Outside the Office
In his free time, Matt is an avid tennis player, and enjoys spending time on the beach at Cape Cod with his family and dog, Cody.

Background
Prior to joining the firm, Matt worked at Duane Morris LLP, a large nationally recognized law firm, where he represented individuals and corporations in a variety of litigation, corporate, and real estate matters. Following that, he worked at Anderson & Kreiger, representing individuals, developers, and municipalities in real estate matters.

Why Matt?
Matt is a problem solver. He has always felt that his role as an attorney is to solve problems and help each client reach a successful conclusion to a sale, purchase, lease, or any other transactional real estate issue.
