Meet Danielle
Danielle’s practice focuses on all facets of residential and commercial real estate transactions. She represents buyers, sellers, developers, investors, and institutional clients. Danielle specializes in the drafting, review, and negotiation of real estate agreements, and oversees and manages transactions for clients.
Danielle has resided in Boston for over nineteen years, initially moving from California to attend Boston University. She immediately fell in love with Boston and now considers it her forever home. Danielle currently lives in Milton with her husband, Matthew, two children, and their yellow Labrador, Parker.
Outside the Office
Danielle spends her free time with her two children, enjoying museums, parks, and refining her culinary skills.

Background
Prior to Ligris, Danielle had her own general practice, assisting clients with real estate law, family law, criminal law, and civil litigation. Danielle also has an extensive background in real estate, with over ten years of experience in rentals and sales, giving her an innate understanding of the needs of both buyers and sellers.
