Meet Kristina

Kristina has over 20 years of experience representing buyers, sellers, investors, and developers in the acquisition, sale, development, and financing of real estate, including condominium conversions. Kristina is an approved closing attorney for some of the largest lending institutions and mortgage brokers, locally and nationwide. As a complement to her real estate practice, Kristina also creates estate plans for many of her clients, an important next step for most purchasers of real estate.

Kristina’s practice also includes the representation of several private lenders who she advises on regulatory compliance with state and federal regulations, including The Truth in Lending Act, Regulation Z, and the TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure (TRID) rule. Kristina further assists those clients with their underwriting and collections processes. Kristina has significant experience closing REO (lender real estate owned) transactions and has extensive knowledge of the mortgage foreclosure regulations and process in Massachusetts.

Finally, Kristina is counsel to many small businesses, assisting them with entity formation, contracts, business disputes, and provides general legal advice on any matter within her expertise related to the running of a business.

Outside the Office

Born and raised in Massachusetts, Kristina resides in Brookline (Chestnut Hill) and has two wonderful sons, Zachary and Alexander. Outside of the office, Kristina enjoys traveling the world, summers on Martha’s Vineyard, eating amazing food, drinking craft coffee, and watching her sons play sports. Kristina loves staying physically active in a myriad of ways – hiking, adventure races, cross-fit-style workouts, spinning, and hot yoga.

Community Involvement

Kristina is deeply involved in the Brookline philanthropic community having served in various roles on the Board of Directors for the Brookline Center for Community Mental Health since 2005, most recently as Vice President and Chair of the Strategic Development Committee. Currently, Kristina remains engaged with the Center as an Emeritus Board Member and sits on the Women at the Center Committee.

In September 2024, Kristina was nominated to the Board of Directors of Brookline Youth Baseball (BYB); she is thrilled to join the leadership of an organization her sons have participated in since their T-ball days. Kristina also regularly creates opportunities for groups of people to volunteer with her at Brookline Thrives, a program of the Brookline Food Pantry and previously served as the Vice-Chair of the Development Committee for JCC Greater Boston.
