Meet Martin
Martin’s concentration is real estate law, including real estate development and acquisition matters, title insurance and the identification , evaluation and resolution of title issues. His practice also involves buyer, seller and lender representation relative to residential and commercial financing and property acquisition. He has consulted as an expert witness in various Courts in Massachusetts and has acted as counsel to various municipal and state agencies and non-profit housing organizations. He’s an approved Land Court Examiner and has served as President of the Real Estate Bar Association, President of the Abstract Club and has lectured and written for MCLE, Suffolk Law School, the Real Estate Bar Association, real estate and banking groups and was a contributing author to Crocker’s Notes and a member of the Land Court Guidelines Committee. He was selected as “Best Lawyer” in real estate and has appeared as a “Super Lawyer”, both by Boston Magazine.
Outside the Office
Martin enjoys travel, the beach, skiing, running and photography.
