Meet Tara

Tara was recently admitted to the Massachusetts Bar. Prior to her admission to the Bar, she worked as a real estate paralegal for the law firm of Adelson, Loria & Weisman PC. At Ligris, Tara works with title matters, including land use for purposes of solar power, as well as residential and commercial closings.

Outside the Office

Tara lives in southern New Hampshire with her husband, daughter, and dog (Coco). Outside of the office, Tara loves spending time with her family and friends. When time allows, she also enjoys traveling to Europe, including London, and her husband’s home country of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Background

Tara is from New York State, and moved to Boston shortly after receiving her Bachelor’s Degree. She previously held a position as a patent assistant for nine years in large downtown Boston law firm, where she worked alongside patent attorneys prosecuting life science patents. However, it was during law school where Tara developed a love for property law. She made a leap of faith in her last year at Suffolk University to begin her career in real estate law.
