Meet Tracy
Tracy focuses on representing institutional lenders, investors, and private individuals with matters related to default under the terms of a loan agreement, complicated title issues affecting non-performing loans, and on workouts and foreclosures of residential homes, multi-family, condominiums, and commercial buildings.
Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, Tracy moved to Boston to attend law school and has never left. She will always cheer for the Cardinals, prefers college football to the NFL, and her hockey allegiance is… complicated.
Outside the Office
Tracy lives in Charlestown with her husband, Dean, their two sons, Albie and Davie, and their daughter, Lilly. In her free time, Tracy enjoys a good book, quiet and being barefoot on a boat, and she’s always up for a game of pickleball.
